So at the weekend it was our 2nd year of running the chip van, we had a little celebration as it was our 1st evening of the season serving at Surf bay holiday park, in Westward ho!
We had a 'Posh' Fish Finger sandwich on the menu, alongside a beach burger (Which was delicious btw, had one for supper) Also some battered halloumi with sweet chilli sauce for dipping, and we also tried some chips n gravy for the up north holiday makers! ;)
We almost sold out of the beach burger, seemed to be a big hit! Which was a homemade lemon and parsley fishcake, served in a rustic brioche bun, with homemade pineapple salsa and some mixed leaves.
We also had some tasty cupcakes we were giving away as a little birthday weekend treat, they got snapped up rather quickly! haha
